We are incredibly excited to announce the launch of our brand new streaming service, Virtual Screening Room!

Filmbankmedia's Virtual Screening Room (VSR) is a service that allows the streaming of films to anywhere in the UK and allows film societies, community cinemas and other venues to replicate the experience of scheduled film screenings virtually. Our chat functionality allows you and your attendees to discuss the films you've just watched - even when you can't all be together in the same room. We're pleased to offer some of the most acclaimed and important independent cinema around, as well as new titles like Monsoon, and the award-winning Miss Juneteenth. This month we're celebrating International Women's Day with our collection of female-led films.

For existing customers, please follow the steps below to apply for a VSR screening.

Follow our step-by-step guide to book your screening - 

FIND THE PERFECT FILM

• First things first, take a look at the curated catalogue of carefully selected titles available to view in our Virtual Screening Room. These have been specifically selected for the service to showcase some of the best in global independent cinema.

SUBMIT YOUR VIRTUAL SCREENING APPLICATION FORM

• Once you have selected your film, please download and complete a Virtual Screening Application Form.
• Please note that you must submit your form at least 5 working days prior to the date of your proposed screening.
• Please send your completed form to vsr@filmbankmedia.com

REVIEW AND APPROVALS

• A dedicated member of the team will review your screening application form carefully and contact you if we need more information.
• Once approved, we will confirm your approval status and licence fee via email. You may commence advertising and ticket sales once you have received this.
• You will receive details of the URL for your unique screening room, complete with admission details 3 working days before your screening date. 
• Please refer to our VSR User Guide before hosting your screening.

PRICING

When it comes to costs for the Virtual Screening Room service, there will be no change to Filmbankmedia’s standard indoor licence fees starting from £83 or 35% of your Box Office (whichever is greater).
