Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations


The following information outlines the Filmbankmedia Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Delivery

Filmbankmedia aim to deliver the following materials within the stated time frames:

  • STSL: materials dispatched between 1-4 working days prior to the first screening
  • PVSL: licence dispatched via email within 24 hours of account approval (inc. payment)
  • DVDCL: licence dispatched via email within 24 hours of account approval (inc. payment)
  • FDLR: licence dispatched via email within 24 hours of account approval (inc. payment)

Licensing content to Transport, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors Licence will be dispatched by your Account Manager within a timescale specified on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Filmbankmedia will refund deposits for STSL accounts only once the account has been closed and subject to payment in full of all outstanding invoices and Box Office Returns Reports and all materials have been returned to Filmbankmedia.

All requests for return of deposit must be made in writing via STSL Dept, Filmbankmedia, Warner House, 98 Theobalds Road, London, WC1X 8WB.

Please note refunds or pro-rata payments are not available for PVSL, DVD Concierge and FDLR Licences.

Cancellations

Filmbankmedia accepts cancellations on STSL screenings prior to your first screening on the following basis:

1. All cancellations need to be made in writing via email info@filmbankmedia.com, fax to: +44(0)207 984 5951 or post to STSL Dept, Filmbankmedia, Warner House, 98 Theobalds Road, London, WC1X 8WB. Alternatively, you can request a cancellation via your Filmbankmedia online account.

2. You may cancel a booking prior to your STSL screening date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation of booking within 5 working days prior to the screening date and the film has not been despatched, or the invoice has not been raised, you will be charged a £20 cancellation fee (exc. VAT)
  • Cancellation of booking within 5 working days prior to the screening date and the film has been despatched or the invoice has been raised then the full licence fee will apply. An invoice will be raised automatically based on the minimum guarantee or flat fee rate fee (as applicable)
  • A cancellation fee will not apply to any booking cancelled more than 5 working days prior to your screening.

Please note Filmbankmedia does not accept cancellations on the PVSL, DVD Concierge and FDLR Licences.
